Transcript requests
Official transcripts are issued to the student unless otherwise noted, printed on security paper and bearing a raised seal. A black-and-white copy is not an original.
- Submit your request in writing to the registrar at the address opposite.
- Include your full name, date of birth and student identification number.
- Records are released to third parties only with the written consent of the student.
